Supreme Court to consider state law on violent video games
Click on this link to read a Washington Post article about the Supreme Court's decision to review a California law banning the sale of violent video games to children. Supporters of the law compare it to the one other remaining infringement on the First Amendment, the ban on child pornography. They also claim the voluntary rating system has been ineffective. However the constitutionality of the law has been challenged in a number of other states.
