Promiscuous women cause earthquakes

I think this has a bit to do with ethics, in that this Iranian cleric is linking questionable human behavior to natural disasters.

"Women who dress provocatively and tempt people into promiscuity are to blame for earthquakes," a leading Iranian hard-line cleric has apparently said. Below is the link to the article, which also mentions that this isn't the first time that religious leaders have made this ethical connection.
