Viacom vs. YouTube over copyrights
Click on this link to read a Washington Post story about how Viacom and YouTube are duking it out in court over YouTube's permitting (in its early days) copyrighted video content to appear on its website. While a number of companies have made peace with YouTube and use it to promote their content, Viacom is one of a handful of companies that continues to resist the 21st century. Perhaps it is motivated by the hope of collecting a billion dollars in penalties from YouTube.
