Spaniard horrified to see his photo used for Bin Laden


Click on this link to read a story about a Spanish politician who was horrified to discover that the U.S. government used his photograph as the basis for a digital representation of an aging Osama Bin Laden.  Do you think his permission should have been sought, or does the value of the photo for (potentially) helping to capture Bin Laden justify its use.  The politician is a public figure, so he is not just a private figure.  What do you think?
